… that would be me.

My name is Megan. I have held 7 different jobs in the past year, 6 of them in the DC metro area. I graduated from college in May 2007 with a degree in art, which may explain some of the job issues. While I don’t know exactly what I want to do with myself, I’m slowly but surely learning what I don’t want, knowledge which is almost as valuable, if not moreso.

I blog about my jobs, the ones I currently hold and ones I’ve held in the past (15 total in 5 years of emerging adulthood). I blog about college, where many of those jobs were located and where I prepared for a career as a job surfer.

I grew up in a small town in Upstate New York, 200 miles from NYC. I went to college in Western New York, umpteen hundreds of miles from NYC. I paint, I sew my own clothes (patterns, we don’t need no stinking patterns!), I read everything and I love puppies. Mm, puppies… And I’m prone to rants. As you will soon see.
